Every year Lake County SWCD host a poster design contest for 4th & 5th graders, and a t-shirt design contest for high schoolers. The top winners from these contests are sent down to the State contest. This year Lake County had TWO winners at STATE in their school year categories! Congratulations to William McBrayer (grades 10-12) and Tanya Rnich (grades 7-9)! William’s and Tanya’s designs will now move on to the national (NACD) competition for judging in early 2024.
